Rates vary depending on the size, condition, and services desired. Everyone’s needs are different. The best way for us to give an accurate estimate is to see it in person. Send us an email, text, or give us a call and we’ll come by to see the space and give a free quote. We can also discuss via email, text, or phone to give a ballpark. We want you to be happy with the cleaning AND the price.


WHAT CLEANING PRODUCTS DO YOU USE? ARE THEY TOXIC?

Our motto for products is non-toxic, organic, and free from dyes and perfumes. Generally, we use diluted vinegar and baking soda based organic products. (Sometimes, tougher jobs on grimier surfaces require a stronger solvent). However, if you have certain products you prefer, just let us know and we will accommodate!


DO YOU BRING YOUR OWN SUPPLIES?

WHO DOES THE CLEANING?

Yes, we’ll bring everything. Including a Dyson vacuum. BUT, if you prefer we use your tools and supplies instead, just let us know. We want you to be happy. Did we mention that?


 

Whatever makes you the most comfortable. Some clients prefer to be there the first few times, or always. Other clients, especially those out-of-towners with rentals, provide lock-boxes or spare keys.

 
 

Of course. We’re happy to provide a list of references who can speak to our level of expertise and answer your questions. Alternatively, find us on yelp for public reviews.

 

Me. For bigger jobs or quick turn arounds, one or more of my reliable, friendly helpers will assist. If ever I cannot be there for the duration of a larger job, I always insist on overseeing the conclusion of the work to maintain quality and ensure client satisfaction.
